  1. We have a Toto Carlyle one-piece and after 4 years, the tank fills and drains continuously and we have to use the water shutoff to stop the water flow. Is this a flapper problem? If so, how do I purchase a replacement flapper? I went to Home Depot to buy a conventional flapper but it didn’t fit the Toto.

  3. My Toto toilet is leaking from the tank where the brazen line comes out of. I need a manual to see how to take out that mechanism (GMAX flushing system) to replace a seal or gasget or something.

  5. didn’t get a chance to finish:

This toilet is in a low-use area and is unused half of the year. The poor quality of this connection is unacceptable.

  6. Sarah,

I too think Toto Toilets are fantastic! Yet mine just started to not flush properly. The tank is full yet when pressing the handle down the water does not seem to flush as it used to. Also the handle needs to be kept held down to let the water flush from the tank. Please explain what is malfunctioning.

  9. We installed a toto toilet in a downstairs rec-room area. The problem is two-fold. First our well is critically short of water and runs out constantly. Second is flapper on toto toilet gets stuck open frequently. Since kids are downstairs with loud music and several friends over the toilet seems to get a lot of use. Eventually someone flushes and does not check the flapper (easy to do if you know what the handle should feel like) and we are now out of water. Is there an adjustment I can make or replacement innards for the toilet that will work better?
    Thank you, John

  10. I have recently reinstalled the ToTo c100 which is three years old, and water leaks between tank and three way looking connection. I hope to either purchase the part or repair it if possible. I appreciate any helps on this. Thanks.

  12. I have a Toto G Max low boy with a fill problem. The only way I can stop the incoming water is the shut off. Can I get documentation on this so I can repair?
    Thanks

  13. Hi,
The Toto flapper needs to be replaced, but I cannot find the model number of the toilet. Where do you look to find the model number? I found a number inside the tank, but it’s not the model number. Thank you.
